Claudia Rosett is an author and Journalist-in-Residence ad the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. She received an Overseas Press Club Citation for Excellence in her reporting of the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989, which she was the only print journalist to witness. In 1994, she disclosed the full story of North Korean labor camps in the Russian Far East. In 2004 she broke the story of the Oil-for-Food scandal.
